Do you accept insurance?

Hollimere Health PLLC, operates as a private-pay practice, allowing us to focus entirely on your care rather than insurance restrictions. Insurance traditionally reimburses for specified time frames for intake and follow-up appointments. Hollimere Health PLLC, offers longer appointments, greater privacy, treatment plans based on your needs, and flexible scheduling beyond traditional healthcare business models. Upon request, a superbill may be provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement, though coverage varies by plans. *Your health insurance may still be used for prescribed medications, laboratory testing, imaging studies, and referrals that are ordered as part of your care. My goal is to help you receive exceptional mental health care that is free from the limitations often imposed by insurance-driven healthcare models.

Who is concierge psychiatry best suited for?

Concierge psychiatry is best suited for individuals who value personalized care, direct access to their provider, and a proactive approach to mental wellness. Hollimere Health PLLC, understands that many of our patients are busy professionals, parents, healthcare workers, students, athletes, and individuals managing conditions such as (but not limited to) ADHD, anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and schizophrenia.

Why should I invest in concierge psychiatric care?

The cost of untreated or under-treated mental health concerns is often far greater than the cost of treatment. Concierge psychiatry is an investment in your health, your relationships, your work, and your peace. Mental health care is not a last resort; it is a form of self-respect.

What conditions do you treat?

Hollimere Health PLLC, helps individuals experiencing: ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma-related concerns, mood disorders, sleep difficulties, schizophrenia, stress, women’s mental health concerns, perinatal mental health, and much more.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

One of the benefits of concierge care is improved access and reduced wait times. Our goal is to provide timely appointments and responsive communication when you need support.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes. Hollimere Health PLLC, is only available by virtual visits for eligble patients in states in which the provider is licensed; allowing you to recieve care from the comfort of your own home or your favorite reading nook.

  • Available services
  • Pricing and payment options

Yes. Hollimere Health PLLC, provides psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care for children of ages 6 years and older, adolescents, and adults. We work closely with parents and caregivers while ensuring age-appropriate support for young patients.

Can I message between appointments?

Yes. Membership patients recieve direct messaging access through a secure platform. This allows for questions, updates, and support between visits without waiting weeks between appointments.

What happens during my intake appointment?

Your first appointment is designed to be thorough and unhurried. We’ll review your full medical and psychiatric history, symptoms, goals, previous treatments, lifestyle factors, and any relevant labs or records. This appointment is expected to last 90 minutes.

Do you prescribe medication?

Yes. Medication management is available when appropriate, but treatment isn’t limited to prescriptions. Care may also include lifestyle recommendations, lab review, nutritional guidance, behavioral strategies, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to your goals.

What if I need more support than medication management?

Many patients need more than a prescription. We can help coordinate care, review lifestyle factors that may be affecting mental health, recommend therapy resources, collaborate with other providers, and create a comprehensive plan focused on long-term wellness.

Why did you choose a concierge model instead of traditional psychiatry and mental healthcare?

I created this practice because mental health care deserves time, attention, and genuine connection. Traditional healthcare systems and insurances often limit the amount of time providers can spend with patients. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that allows us to focus on what matters most: helping you feel better and live well.

But why don’t you accept insurance?

Insurance companies often determine how long appointments can be, how frequently patients can be seen, and what documentation requirements providers must meet.

Hollimere Health PLLC was created to be guided by patients, rather than insurance companies.

What about people who rely on insurance to pay for visits?

This is an important question. Many people depend on insurance, and insurance-based practices play a vital role in our healthcare system. Concierge care is simply an additional model designed for individuals and families who want increased access, longer visits, and a more personalized care. Hollimere Health PLLC does not replace community mental health centers, insurance-based practices, nonprofits, or public programs. Hollimere Health PLLC is simply another model of psychiatric care.

Can I use my insurance at all?

Yes.

While Hollimere Health PLLC does not bill for appointments, many patients can still use their insurance for:

  • prescription medications
  • laboratory testing
  • imaging
  • specialist referrals
  • hospital services
What is a superbill?

A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the information your insurance company may need to reimburse you for out-of-network mental health services.

If requested, Hollimere Health PLLC can provide a superbill after your appointment. You can submit it directly to your insurance company to determine whether you qualify for out-of-network reimbursement.

Every insurance plan is different, so reimbursement is never guaranteed. I encourage patients to contact their insurance carrier and ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
  • Is there a deductible that must first be met?
  • What percentage of the visit cost is reimbursed?
  • How do I submit a superbill?

Many patients are surprised to learn that they have out-of-network benefits available through their plan.

Why not just accept insurance and offer longer appointments?

Unfortunately, most insurance reimbursement structures do not adequately support extended visits, increased access between appointments, or lower patient volumes required for highly personalized care.

Many providers face a choice between:

  1. See more patients in less time
  2. Seeing fewer patients with greater availability and support

I chose the second option.

Why did you decide to build a concierge practice?

I repeatedly saw patients who needed more than the system could realistically provide.

Parents trying to navigate ADHD and school accommodations.

College students struggling away from home for the first time.

Adults who felt they were starting over with a new provider every visit.

Individuals who have never considered their hormones, thyroid, vitamin/mineral levels, and epigenetics as a factor in their mental health.

I wanted to create a practice where patients felt known, heard, and supported.
